At MANX LASER, we are dedicated to supplying professional laser cleaning and restoration solutions. We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and efficient shipping process for all customers, whether within the British Isles or worldwide. The following terms outline our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery procedures.

1. Shipping Methods & Default Service

Default Sea Freight (DDP)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all standard machine orders supplied by MLR Ltd T/A MANX LASER are shipped via Sea Freight under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This service includes customs clearance and import duties, providing the most straightforward and hassle-free option for customers.

Air Freight Upgrade
For urgent orders, MANX LASER can arrange Air Freight or Express courier services (including DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Customers must contact us prior to payment to confirm availability and receive an accurate shipping supplement.

Shipping Rate Variations
Shipping rates are subject to change due to global logistics conditions, fuel surcharges, and carrier pricing. MLR Ltd T/A MANX LASER reserves the right to adjust shipping charges if actual carrier costs vary materially from estimates, or if the shipment’s dimensional or volumetric weight exceeds initial calculations.

2. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing
Following payment confirmation, all machines undergo quality control checks and operational testing. Standard, non-customised machines are typically dispatched within 10 business days.

Customised Orders
For machines requiring customisation (including special voltages, non-standard fixtures, or configuration changes), processing times will be confirmed separately at the quotation stage.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy (Important)

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
• Recipient name
• Full address
• Postal code
• Contact telephone number

Liability
MLR Ltd T/A MANX LASER accepts no responsibility for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs inspections, port congestion, weather conditions, or industrial action.
• Sea Freight: Typically 25–60 business days, depending on destination
• Air Freight / Express: Typically 5–20 business days

5. Receiving & Inspection (Must Read)

To protect your rights and ensure any insurance claims remain valid, customers must follow this procedure upon delivery:
• Inspect Before Signing: Inspect the external crate or packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
• Report Damage Immediately: If any damage is visible (including crushing, punctures, or water ingress), this must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt, or the delivery should be refused.
• Notify Us Promptly: Take clear photographs of any damage and contact info@manxlaser.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Important: Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may limit or invalidate our ability to submit a claim to the carrier or insurer.

6. Package Redirection

If a delivery address needs to be changed after dispatch:
• Customers must contact MANX LASER immediately
• Any additional charges imposed by the carrier for re-routing or redelivery will be the customer’s responsibility

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and carrier details. Shipment progress can be monitored directly via the carrier’s website.
