What is included in my quotation?
Your written quotation will set out the machine configuration, warranty, training, delivery terms and any applicable taxes or import arrangements. This gives you a clear total before you commit.
How long will delivery take?
Times vary by model, build schedule and destination. We will confirm the expected dispatch and delivery window in your quotation, then keep you updated as the machine progresses.
I am new to laser cleaning. How do I get technical support?
We provide operator handover and practical setup guidance, with follow-up support available by phone, video call and WhatsApp. Our aim is to help your team use the system confidently and safely from day one.
What consumables do I need to stock?
The protective lens at the cleaning head is a regular consumable and should be inspected frequently. We will explain the correct inspection and care routine and can advise which spares to keep for your machine.
Will the laser damage the base material (substrate)?
The correct system, parameters and test process are essential. We recommend proving the process on a representative sample before wider use, particularly on delicate or high-value substrates.
