Thank you for shopping with MANX LASER. We value your business and are committed to providing high-quality, professional laser cleaning equipment. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. 30-Day Return Period

MLR Ltd T/A MANX LASER offers a 30-day return period for unused equipment. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the laser system must be:
• Unused and unpowered
• In the same condition as supplied
• With all safety seals intact
• In its original professional packaging, including all accessories and documentation

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact info@manxlaser.com.

If your return request is approved, MLR Ltd T/A MANX LASER will provide clear instructions on how and where to return the equipment.
Due to the size, weight, and value of laser systems, returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods (UK Consumer Rights)

Upon delivery, customers must inspect the equipment immediately.

If the machine is defective, damaged, or an incorrect model has been supplied, you must notify MLR Ltd T/A MANX LASER within 48 hours of delivery.

For professional and industrial equipment, MANX LASER reserves the right to:
• Arrange a technical inspection, and/or
• Carry out repair or replacement under warranty
before a refund is considered, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act and applicable commercial supply regulations.

4. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

Due to the high value, specialist nature, and calibration requirements of laser systems, the following applies:

Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
• A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to non-faulty returns.
• This covers inspection, testing, re-calibration, and administrative costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
• Customised or specially ordered laser systems or configurations.
• Consumable items (including protective lenses and filters) once opened or used.
• Software licences, digital products, or training packages once delivered or activated.

6. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, MANX LASER will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing will occur within 10 business days

Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.

7. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

For business customers, the terms set out in the relevant quotation, pro-forma invoice, or sales contract issued by MLR Ltd T/A MANX LASER may take precedence over this general policy.
