Do I need to pay Import Duty or VAT upon delivery?

No.We ship usingDDP (Delivered Duty Paid)terms for all orders to the UK and EU. This means Manx Laser covers all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in advance. The price you see on our website is the final price delivered to your door—no hidden fees and no paperwork for you to worry about.

How long does shipping take to the UK and Europe?

Since our machines are dispatched directly from our manufacturing facility to ensure the best value, delivery times vary by method.Air Freighttypically takes7–10 working days, whileSea Freighttakes approximately4–6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your machine is dispatched, and our Isle of Man team monitors the shipment daily.

I am new to laser cleaning. How do I get technical support?

We don't just sell you a box; we support you from the Isle of Man. We offerfree 1-on-1 video training(via WhatsApp or Zoom) with our English-speaking engineers to guide you through the initial setup, software installation, and focus adjustment. We are here to ensure you are confident using your machine from day one.

What consumables do I need to stock?

The only regular consumable is theProtective Lens(on the tip of the laser gun), which shields the focus lens from dust and debris. We recommend inspecting it daily and cleaning it with alcohol. It's a good idea to keep a pack of 5 spare lenses on hand. The laser source itself requires no maintenance and has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours.

Will the laser damage the base material (substrate)?

Not if set correctly. Laser cleaning is non-contact and non-abrasive. By adjusting thePower, Frequency, and Pulse Width, you can strip rust, paint, or oil without harming the underlying metal or stone.
